I have been working in e-commerce for over four years, so I pay close attention not only to the product itself but to the entire customer experience.

Your value proposition and personal branding are strong, the website communicates motivation, belonging, and the drive to improve oneself through sport. When someone buys this rope, they are not just buying a skipping rope. They are buying motivation, the feeling of being part of something, and the desire to change.

Unfortunately, the product I received does not live up to this promise. The quality of the rope itself is disappointing, leaving the overall experience on a negative note when it should be exactly the opposite. For comparison, Decathlon, a well-known French sports brand, sells a rope of similar quality for nearly ten times less.

This gap between branding and product quality makes it very unlikely that I would purchase again. Still, I appreciate your presence in the market and the effort you are putting into building a new brand. I sincerely wish you success moving forward, but I hope future products will truly match the ambition of your branding.
