New to skipping, but amazed at how far I have come in a week, can definitely put it down to the rope, nice feel and not too sore when you accidentally whip yourself 🤣 If anyone has tips for a ponytail that seems to get in the way.. I would appreciate them.. I have resorted to wearing a 🧢

Stylish and Effective!
I really love the weight of the rope. As an occupational therapist working with kids I also use it for work a lot. The weighted rope makes it easier to learn how to jump as kids can process the weighted inputs better.
