Hello, in my opinion it's perfect: texture, color, clip and design. I like that the clip can be adapted to the desired level of the rope. Everything is good. But I think it could be improved. I think the clip should be held by a handle and it doesn't have one. It also needs an instruction sheet, explaining what each rope is for and adding a small list of the benefits for the body. Well, I have more ideas 💡, I'll be sending , Greetings!!!

Just recently purchased and started the program and so far I’m really enjoying it. I can’t wait to dive more into the program. It is definitely not easy and a challenge I needed.
