All of our ropes are 10 foot long and are length adjustable.
To size your rope follow these steps.
1. Step on the middle of the rope.
2.Pull both of the handles pointing upwards.
3. The end of both handles should reach anywhere between lower chest and middle chest.
No import duties or customs charges/taxes to EU countries.
- UK orders take 3-6 Business Days.
- Rest of Europe 4-8 Business Days.
